About us

Opal Bridge was founded by Meera Lachani, a Solicitor and Accredited Mediator with a background in Litigation and Civil claims. Her interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution is rooted in her experience of acting for both Claimants and Defendants in Pre-action and Litigated proceedings.

Meera is instructed to act as an Independent Neutral facilitator and currently holds a very high settlement rate.  She is CMC registered and fully insured with ICO registration.

Meera is also an approved Mediator on NHS Resolution's Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Panel and sits as a Panel Mediator at Trust Mediation.

She is often asked to create and deliver Workshops by organisations of all sizes on a Consultancy basis.  To find out about her recent Workshop, commissioned by and delivered to NHS Resolution on 'Personalised and effective commuication' - get in touch.

If you would like to discuss how you can benefit from using a Mediator or would like to speak to us about your Dispute Resolution needs - contact Meera directly by email  meera@opalbridge.co.uk
